STEP THREE
Attend a Baturyn Community League Registration/ Payment Session at the hall (10505 172 Avenue)
February 2, 2020 from 12:00pm to 2:00pm
February 19, 2020 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm
March 5, 2020 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm
LATE REGISTRATION (After March 15, 2020) - LATE registrations are subject to a $25.00 late registration fee and an additional volunteer commitment per player to be provided. Late registrations will be wait listed until space becomes available. LATE registrations will be placed on teams based on availability in the order in which they COMPLETED their registration.
Please bring the following to Baturyn’s registration/ payment session:
- Valid 2019/20 Family Baturyn Community League Membership card. (Also available to purchase on registration day)
- One printed copy of the online registration.
- Proof of Age for your child (Birth Certificate, Alberta Health Card, or Passport).
- Proof of address (Driver’s License, Current Bill, etc)
- One undated deposit cheque for $250.00 per Volunteer Commitment/ Registration.
- Payment for registration fees (cash, cheque and credit cards are accepted)
Your registration is not complete and a spot will not be confirmed until you attend a Baturyn Community League registration/ payment session.

Coaching

We are usually quite short of coaches, especially in the younger age groups. PLEASE NOTE THAT ALL NEW COACHES MUST FILL OUT A SECURITY CLEARANCE (NO CHARGE TO THE COACH) AND IT IS GOOD FOR THREE YEARS. (Bring 2 pieces of government ID to the registration with you)
All coaches must take an age appropriate coaching course. The courses for the younger age groups are fairly short and you will be reimbursed by Baturyn Community League upon receipt and completion.
Coach – Exempt from all other volunteer commitments
Assistant Coach – Exempt from one volunteer commitment
Uniforms
We provide all of our players with a new uniform each season - jersey, shorts and socks. Please bring your children with you to the payment sessions to ensure the appropriate size is ordered for your child as we do not maintain a stock of uniforms.
Shin guards are mandatory- under no circumstances is a player to play without shin guards.
Jewellery of any kind is not permitted. Taping of any piercings is not permitted.
UNIFORMS ARE FOR GAMES ONLY, NOT FOR PRACTICES, SCHOOL or SHOPPING.
Refunds
All refunds are subject to an administration fee of $25.00 Any refund on or before the EMSA North Final Declaration date (April 7, 2020) for the season will be processed in full less the administration fee.
Any refund requests after the EMSA North Final Declaration Day for the Season will not be considered unless for medical purposes and must be accompanied by a medical doctor note.
Community Memberships are also non refundable.
Financial Assistance
Please note – All fees are required at the time of registration. Should you qualify for financial assistance through Kidsport and Jumpstart, you will receive a refund from Baturyn Community League.
