Hall Schedule Calendar

The calendar wiil help you determine if our Community Hall is available for your event.  A few things to remember are:

• It is unavailable during the weekdays (morning and afternoon) for our Playschool program
• Generally, the evenings (Monday through Thursday) is unavailable to allow us to run various community league programs
• Check the hall availability by clicking on the calendar icon (a new window will open)

We are all volunteers that operate the Hall Rental program and do our best to ensure that your contact is returned in a timely manner.  To help you determine if the hall is available, please review the Hall Usage Calendar (above).  There is several ways to contact our Hall Rental Rental Representative to schedule a viewing and complete a contract, if the hall meets your needs;

Amenities

• Seated Capacity - 250 (with small dance floor) due to fire regulations
• Internal dimensions - 55 FT X 65 FT (16.8 M X 19.1 M)
• Forty 30 IN x 72 IN (rectangular) tables (seats 8)
• 250 chairs
• Air conditioned
• Small single riser stage (about 8 IN high)
• Wheel Chair accessible
• Industrial kitchen appliances, with walk in cooler
• Separate bar area with two door refrigerator
• Covered back patio
• Fire Pit (bring your own wood)
• Enclosed rear area 
• Playground and basketball court just outside the hall
• Public address audio system
• Video projector (additional fees for use)
• Public WiFi (not suitable for streaming music.  Suggest using your cell phone hot spot for critical services)

Saturday 10:00 AM to Sunday 5:00 PM	$700.00
Friday 6:00 PM to Sunday 5:00 PM	$775.00
Video Projector Rental Fee	$200.00

 Notes and exceptions

• Damage Deposit and final rental payment are required before hall is released to your event.
  • Due 30 days in advance of the event if paying by cheque
  • Due 7 days in advance of event if paying by email money transfer
  • Date of event requires cash, credit, or debit card
• Parking is constrained in the area and the parking lot is not available until after 5:00pm during the school year
• No hourly rates on weekends
• All rentals require a signed contract
• All rentals require the acquisition of Special Event Liability Insurance
• Liquor license is required for all rentals that serve alcohol
